Interview was very easy and straightforward, with your typical interview questions. No reason to be intimidated or nervous. Was given the option to complete the interview either in-person or via phone call. I chose phone call.

Feb 2024. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I received a phone interview invite via email. I waited on the day at the time for 1 1/2 hrs and didn't receive a call. I called the store and spoke w/ the mgr who was supposed to interview me. She insisted that she tried to call me 3x and I didn't answer so she wrote me down as a no call/ no show and not hirable. I asked her to confirm the number she had and she was off by one digit. I double checked the app and the info I gave WAS correct. In fact, I received 2 text messages from the store days prior to the interview reminding me of my upcoming interview. I let her know this and she became argumentative and insisted that I gave the wrong #. She also mentioned the # is under (stated last name) which belongs to my husband. How would she know this if I gave the wrong #? I asked if we can still have the interview and she rudely said I need to re-apply and go thru the whole process again to get another interview. Instead of her just accepting she made a mistake, she kept insisting that I gave the wrong #. Huge red flag from a mgr who can't admit she made a simple mistake. I re-applied which is time consuming and received a rejection letter by the end of the night. This is appalling behavior from a mgr. Her attitude was horrible and blaming the candidate and listing them as not hirable is not only unfair and unprofessional but unbecoming of a mgr. This tells me working for her would probably be a nightmare. I sent a complaint to headquarters.
