One interview, basic and easy. Asked typical questions about things like safety, peer relationships and customer service. Also stated that there could be random drug screenings throughout my career with the company, but would probably never happen. Interviewer seemed to be looking for basic communication skills -/ she had confidence that their training program would yeah me all customer service skills needed if One was lacking in that area.

About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm

It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
