I did a phone interview and it was a very easy interview. I was only asked 3 different questions and those questions are pretty common sense so it did not need studying before.

Interview process is simple and straightforward, mostly involves STAR method questions and understanding the flow of work and being prepared for a random influx of orders and whether or not you’re ready to deal with quick paced environments.

Overall okay interview. Mostly talk about experience on resume. Asked if there was a time where I had to solve a problem. Also talked about teamwork and short term/long term goals

Phone interview lasted 15 minutes. Overall it was a quick and easy experience. Questions were basic. It helped me to have a note sheet with points to talk about for certain questions.
