I turned in my application in person and received a call the very next day to be part of a group interview. The process was very fast, within a week or two, I was hired. The group interview was six people and we were all asked general questions about what we would do in certain situations and if we had any prior retail experience. It was important to have your own answer and not to copy off of anyone else's replies. The ones that did that did not make it to the second stage of the interview. Like other experiences, the managers asked those whose paperwork needed further questioning to stay back, while the others were allowed to leave. Those that stayed made it to the next round. Then more paperwork was filled out regarding references and availability. Finally we were scheduled for orientation.
