J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kohl's (Milwaukee, WI) en févr. 2021

First step was a live HireVue interview. Business professional. Worst interview of my life. Cut me off everytime I spoke, ridiculed my experience and coursework, told me I need to take different coursework if I really wanted to go in this field, all the while I fit the basic job requirements and major listed in the job description. Told me my coursework wasn't actually analytic coursework, even though it is. Extremely unprofessional too. He never turned his camera on and I heard a kid crying in the background at one point. Only thing he didn't say were "We don't want you", although he made it obvious. Tip to Kohl's, if you want something more specific, put it in the job description. Don't waste people's time.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Tell me about your coursework. What are your technical skills? How have you worked with Excel. What is Tableu? What is Microsoft SQL? Do you have any projects you've done in school? Is there anything else I should know about you?
It was quite pleasant and they asked all of the basics. There are two interviews first a screening then a second with the hiring manager. Both parts were not that difficult as long as you prepare a few days prior.
The process began with a phone screen, a panel interview, and 2nd round interview. Interview questions included both behavioral questions and some technical knowledge questions depending on the role. Be prepared to talk about anything on your resume in depth.

It was an online Interview. The interviewer was very nice and laid back. I had answers to their questions, was myself, and didn't have too many issues. They did ask me to dress business professional.
