The overall process only took a week for me. On Monday, I spoke to the recruiter via phone for about 30 minutes; they explained the position, benefits, pay, and the next steps. In my case, they immediately invited me to the next step of interviewing with the department hiring manager. On Wednesday, I met with 2 hiring managers; the conversation was more casual than I thought. Both hiring managers were very friendly and informative about the role and their expectations. I would be prepared to talk about your experiences, answer "have you ever..." questions, and have questions for the interviewer prepared. On Friday, I received a call from the recruiter to extend their offer.

Did a phone interview with typical questions. However never heard back after that they just ghosted. If you aren’t up for the job anymore just let a person know through a quick email.
