Very well rounded and great experience. First I applied online. Did a HireVue. A few weeks later I was told that I would be going to the final interview. The final round is in Milwaukee at their HQ. Got there the night before interview, went to a nice dinner with other candidates and a few Kohl's employees. The next day we had interviews. First there was a tour of Kohl's, then I had 3 individual interviews. After that I had a group interview. Then we all had to take a math assessment. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. They treat their candidates really well, I was very impressed. Just be yourself and relax. They mostly just want to know if you're a good fit and if your personality/values align with theirs :)

Two day event. Multiple interviews in round robin style, Interviews were with different managers as well as recruiters. Dinner at night with recruiters. Second day was a presentation of benefits and company culture.
Simple process with good support from HR! Typical questions around who you are, why you're here, why they should hire you and more. Behavioral questions as well to understand how you may respond or react in a certain situation based on your past experience.

It was a good experience overall. I was interviewed by two different people on the same day. The women I interviewed with were merchandise analysts within the company. It's good to be prepared and having experience with data/spreadsheets/basic retail math is very helpful.
