Not long. Just be yourself. The interview is conducted by one of the supervisors. It's easy peasy. If you have customer service experience, no matter how long, they will hire you.

In-person interview focused on behavioral and situational questions about teamwork, handling customers, and multitasking. Other customer service basic questions and responses. A lot of how to and situational questions.
Just normal questions. Was not hard. Mostly talked about my pass jobs. I cant say more about it. I would say apple for a job . If you like people and like to talk you will like it.
