Applied via Snagajob.com, the next day I received a call to schedule an interview 2 days later. After reading previous reviews I anticipated a group interview and sure enough we were all sitting in a circle with the interviewer at the break room. The questions were very basic and easy, going around in a circle and reverse order. The questions were on experience, personality (if you have one word to describe you what would it be?), and what was your favorite previous job and why. Afterwards if you got through, you were asked to stay and then forms were handed out to you! Overall the best tip is to SMILE. I'm guessing since it's a retail job the key thing they were looking for was friendliness and amicability, so right off the bat when the interviewer sees you, smile, relax and just be friendly, you're sure to get a job!
