J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kohl's (Stockton, CA) en mars 2017
Entretien
Arrived 15 minutes before interview. Was greeted by an assistant manager who took me to the back, where we discussed my former job, why I felt I would be a good fit for Kohl's, and answered basic retail questions. Was misinformed about time I would hear back from them, but response was within a week of interview.

Question 1
Most questions required off the top of your head answers about past experiences with customers and retail work in general.
1. Name a time you were given praise/rewarded for something you did, either academically or professionally.
2. How would go about your daily duties and which ones take precedence?
3. Comfort with asking customers to sign up for reward program/credit card.
It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.

Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.
