The hiring process is mostly computer based, once you've applied online the computer works determines adequate experience and qualifications. Then the interview is set and once approved the computer generates starting salary based on experience in the field

Very quick and easy process setting up interview. They use the method of 2 step Interview. They do group interview which have like 5-6 people. If hired you will get a second email to schedule appointment for orentation.

Entretien
It was during holiday seasonal hiring; so I was in a group interview. The actual interview took about 40 minutes and then we had to wait while they talked to each person separately. I got offered the position that day and started about a week later.
