I expected there to be a lot of other candidates since I received an email instead of a phone call, but I arrived early and was taken back for a one on one interview with the manager. She was really friendly and made it feel less like an interview and more like a normal conversation. This would be my first job so we skipped over past employers, but I did bring up some volunteer work where I've had to work with the public and talked about how I thought that would be useful when dealing with customers. She asked me about my school schedule (I'm currently in college) and we talked about my availability. She said I got the job and would get an official offer later in the day.
