pretty normal, asked the typical questions such as what can you bring to Kohls, what experiences do you have that fit the position your looking to get? I was interviewed by the store manager, which was nice because that gave me the chance to impress the head of the store. Overall experience was good.

About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm

It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
