The interview was pretty easy and straightforward. The manager i interviewed with was very nice. The questions were pretty standard.After hiring, you have a training day that consist of watching videos. y store had us do a "scavenger hunt", which was meant to allow us to get to know the store. After that you get your department, shadow an employee and then youre ready to go.

About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm

It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
