Applied online, called into an interview, basic interview questions and math test. Once you interview with HR, you interview with the supervisors and they make the final decision. You are then asked to come in for two paid training days, which is considered the final interview.

Three phases. First was a group interview going over responsibilities and logistics including expected wardrobe, then brief math quiz to demonstrate expectations for on the job mental math. Then they reached out to schedule a second interview time. I know there's three in all, but I didn't go through with the process
