      Candidature

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kerry en déc. 2016

      Entretien

I originally applied to the Graduate Marketing Programme in October 2016, took the online tests and passed them, got invited to take a video interview in late December and then waited. Finally, in March 2017 I received a call from London informing me that they had filled the position but didn't want to lose me as a candidate and wondered if I would be interested in R+D. Being quite interested, I gave them the ok to transfer my application. Then in May 2017, I received an email asking me to contact Kerry HR. When I spoke to them, I was asked whether or not I'd be interested in Operations or Quality, as the R+D position had already been filled. At this point I was baffled, not only by Kerry HR's haphazard way of doing things, but also by the fact that they did not seem to be putting much thought into matching profiles to the roles. Being in a desperate situation as a graduate having limited work experience, and having been struggling to land a position, I reluctantly told them to transfer my application to the Quality department. I was told they would be in touch over the next couple of weeks with the next steps. Rather than that happening, I had to email them in August, prompting them to give me an update. I soon received an answer informing me that all the positions had been filled. Let it be noted that I responded letting them know that I was less than impressed with the way they had handled my application and received no reply. I cannot know for sure what this mess of a process was all about, but I suspect that since I had noted previous disability on my application, I was being used to fill some quota of consideration for the various roles. Of course I cannot confirm this but I can't think of any better explanation for my application bring transferred twice over the course of almost a year and not once being invited to an assessment centre. Whether or not this is the case, Kerry clearly does not value it's candidates and their time.
