It is was intensive 3 part interview process...where in final interview I was given a quiz to crack on Molecular Biology based Molarity and Normality problems. Once I passed the quiz I was given a hiring phone call immediately in the evening. The hiring manager told me that the PI is very particular for following protocol as it is. I should have taken the warning bell and not gone for it. The PI turned a control freak with absolute no tolerance for creative ideas. He took all the results and gave none of us the results for analysis.

you would call them and ask for posting they had. They ask you if you know anything about the position they have. Then they would recommend you update the resume with the information they were focused in. After that they would get you interviews and help you along the process.
