    The process took 1 week.
    Application - Assessment- another Test 45 minutes - congratulations email for interview- interview scheduled- interview day. The interview is video cam the lady who interviewed me was talking so fast. She was reading everything she ask and told. I feel like she just in hurry to finish the interview just like that. The interview process took 15 minutes. Like what I mentioned. She talked to fast. She said I will hear back 24-48 hours for the interview result. Never heard back.

    Applied for the Account, Billing and Tech Support and Tech Support positions on 4/6.

    I received an email the next morning to complete an assessment for the Tech support position. The assessment consisted of a personality test, skills test, and a mock call center situation.

    I received an email to schedule an interview for the Account, Billing, and Tech Support and Tech Support position. In the email, you must upload a valid id and schedule your interview.

    If there are no more interviews available, wait until midnight (Eastern Standard Time) and select the time that you want an interview. I scheduled two interviews for both positions on 4/9. I received a call on the day of my interview and a Recruiter asked what position I wanted to interview for, and I chose the Tech Support Rep. I was offered the position on the spot and accepted the contingent offer and then completed registration.

    Be yourself, the interview is very standard.

    It was easy . I did interview via video chat . Representative asked a few questions and had me role playing , which was easy as well . They ask you things confirming you can work the training days without needing to be off . They tell you the full description before committing to the job

    It was a video interview which can be done on a computer or on your phone with a app that has to be downloaded. The interview was about 45 minutes long

    • I’m having a issue with a app giving me a error everytime I try to log in, how do I resolve it, how to set my apps to automatically update, How to set up my Bluetooth device on my phone, how can I save my battery life on my phone, name a time I couldn’t help resolve a irrate customers issue & what would I have done differently, why do you want to work for kelly, why do you want to work from home.     Their process went smoothly at first. I completed the assessment and then they requested an interview. This is where things went left. I was offered an interview in early March. I tried to schedule an interview and there were no interview times available. I reached out and told them so and they said they were done interviewing and once they’re hiring again they would reach out. They did, they reached out at the end of March and I went to schedule an interview again and got the same issue of no times being available. I was sent an email stating that they have so many candidates and that they only book interviews for one day in advance. They also stated the availability releases at 12 midnight each day. So I set my alarm for 11:58pm waited until midnight to schedule an interview, and successfully received an interview time. Great!! But before my scheduled interview time, my interview was canceled. They said I didn’t do the assessment. I sent them the screenshot that it was indeed completed and was resent an invite to interview. This happened 3x! I schedule an interview, they cancel. At this point I’m incredibly frustrated and annoyed. Because not only is my time being wasted, they have multiple recruiters sending emails and responding so I’m getting conflicting information from multiple people. I email them the issue and finally they said it was resolved, so I schedule another interview. Now again right before my interview time, I’ve been told I don’t qualify to work with them because I worked with them 6 years ago and am ineligible.

    I say all that to say, unless you are desperate for work (which is understandable given what’s going on now) please look elsewhere or be prepared. They are incredibly unorganized.

    It went smoothly from the beginning to the end. I think it was a pretty typical interview process. From the time I started the interview process I felt as if my mind went into a different gear, I suppose "work mode" and I just answered all of the questions that were given to me.

    I applied and received an interview in a fairly short time. I would say within 3 days. The hiring manager seemed well spoken and easy to talk to. Overall, the interview was short and to the point.

    Fill out an application online, take all quizzes and then get an appointment for a 1-1 interview. Then if you pass and interview which is about 1 hour you are invited for training. Training takes about three weeks but I decided to decline the opportunity and didn't go through the training. Overall it is a very nice company and I liked how I was treated. An d the salary was satisfying taking the point that it is the COVID-19 crisis. Wishing everyone luck!
