The interview process is essentially going into one room with a bunch of people, then sitting in the room for about four to six hours while the presenters provide what you should not do while at the school location. You are then provided a paper of questions to complete. Once completed, they move you to the back room one on one and essentially tell you as long as your background is halfway decent, your hired. They do not look at any education completed, nor any previous employers.

Very simple. I was hired on the spot to substitute teach in my chosen district. It was a group interview and everyone was hired. We then talked about the hiring process and how to continue with the required training courses.
