The recruiter was friendly and provided a wealth of information about the company and role. Very responsive and friendly recruiter. The call is more of an introduction and did not go in to much detail about my background but just two brief questions

Easy, the process took 1 week and I was hired and started in 2 weeks. The interview consisted of a phone screen, with an onsite manager with two managers. When asked why I wanted to join, I spoke about my interest and experience and how I will serve value to the company.
Pretty straight forward. Know the job description well. They do ask some difficult questions so do your prep work! The person on LinkedIn who did the sourcing didn’t do the best job describing the role.
