Few days after application, a phone interview is scheduled with a recruiter, based on answers to a few background questions shared via email. The recruiter explained the expectations and asks basic questions. It took about 20 minutes.

Entretien
They have different ranges of salary and it's random to give you. One of the recruiters offers CAD18/hour, and the other offers 23/hour. The Language Line also has a weird policy of can't retake their test within 6 months but they keep finding you without checking.
