Was absolutely horrible. Was considered for a Benefits Specialist position but I told them I was better suited for Tech Support. Was told I’d be contacted by another recruiter for that position. I was never contacted whatsoever. I’ve emailed 3 separate recruiters and have even called them regarding the interview I was told I would get. If you’re looking for a company with poor communication skills then this is the one for you.

Entretien
I filled out the application and assessment. I was offered an interview the next day. I did a Zoom interview and they emailed me the same day with on-boarding information. The position was $14.50/hr, but benefits are through a 3rd party and so is the 401 k option. You can have one weekend day off, but not both.

They ask personal questions about your background, and go over tech savvy skills. you go over tech support questions where you do role playing about troubleshooting a common issues on iPhone.
