J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kelly

So the procedure was very vague. I was called by Kelly Services and they said they had an exiting role as Program Manager at an international company. First, they said it was three rounds. The first time, the recruiter messed up with giving the wrong instructions to the building. Even though I came too late, I was invited for a second round. Then, I needed to go for a second round and they said after the interview everything went well. Then, the agency called me if I was fully committed to the job if they would chose me. I said, let's see the offer first. Finally, I needed to call myself to ask for a status update and at exact moment, the recruiter got an email that they have chosen for another candidate. Sure you did...
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kelly en févr. 2011

Drove over 2 hours to meet hiring manager. Another person unrelated to the job dropped by and then dominated the conversation (held in a hotel lobby). Was told I'd be contacted early the next week. Never heard back. Saw that the job was still open on LinkedIn over a month later, and contacted the recruiter. She lied that she had contacted me and said the job was already filled (even though the posting under her name was still listed as active for several days after - then I stopped checking) internally. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, even in a tough market. If I was ever in a position to decide whether or not my company would do business with them, this would make me think twice.
