The interview process was pretty smooth. The interview started with basic conversation (to get your comfortable). Asked questions about previous teaching experience and wanted to know do you want to be a substitute teacher for their company. Explained their process, requirements, and benefits. Then discussed next steps.

Entretien
Very simple. I was hired on the spot to substitute teach in my chosen district. It was a group interview and everyone was hired. We then talked about the hiring process and how to continue with the required training courses.

Short zoom call with other people on the call. Most of it is just listening to rules and guidance to get all signed up and ready to teach. Doesn’t take much longer than about thirty minutes.
