Entretien
I filled out application online and within 2 days got a call from Kelly to do a phone interview. I did great on that and they had me do an online assessment asking basic computer questions to see what I knew. Then I got an email saying I passed that and they wanted me to do another assessment on the computer doing a "virtual call center" job. That was easy too just had to listen to audio and input what I heard into the system. Then I was called about a week later and told to go to the local Kelly branch to give them paperwork. I was hired at that point and started about 2 weeks later.

The interview was actually very easy. The hardest question was probably tell a time when you had to deal with an irate customer.
