After filling out the application, taking a personality quiz, and passing a typing test, I was sent an email to schedule a video interview. Because there were (I'm assuming) more applicants than allotted spaces, it did take a couple of weeks to schedule the interview. If you are trying to schedule an interview, check in later at night Eastern time. It seems that is when the company posts the next couple of days' interview times. The interview was standard. I had never done a video interview before, so I was nervous. It was much like a Skype conversation. I was also having trouble with my internet that day, so the call dropped a few times. I think this played a big part in why I did not get an offer because this particular job was work from home. If you are applying for this same position, do make sure your internet is working at its best when going for the interview. If you've never done a video interview before, just relax and be yourself. It's not much different than a face-to-face.
