The interview was less like an interview and more like paper work. I spent about 40 minutes filling out information online and after I was done someone collected my required documents and asked me a few questions quickly and then set my appointment for my orientation.

Very simple. I was hired on the spot to substitute teach in my chosen district. It was a group interview and everyone was hired. We then talked about the hiring process and how to continue with the required training courses.

The initial interview was really EZ. The personnel were friendly and professional. They encouraged me to continue with the onboarding process. Also, I stated that I would continue to apply.
