Very strange online test then in person interview. The test was timed and really no logic to it. The interview then was scenarios based on the test. Offer was too low to even consider but when I countered they didn’t have the courtesy to reply.

Very intensive interviewing process, which from the outside may seem like too much, but makes sense once inside the company. They put so much work into training you that they don't want to train someone who isn't going to stick around for a while and it also helps the applicant know for sure whether or not the job is right for them, ultimately saving everyone time in the long run.
