Entretien
Extensive. You start with a phone interview, followed by an online test, then 2 in-person interviews. They really want to make sure you are the correct fit and they do contact your references.
Long interview process that asks many questions about your character and lasts for about 6 months with one interview per month. They follow a package with set quesitons and take thorough notes.

Entretien
The interview consisted of multiple behavioral and situational questions. Interview lasted about forty five minutes and overall I thought it went well. I did not get asked any unexpected questions.

3 rounds each an hour long, each round focused on different areas i.e professional goals, personal goals. Also have to take personality assessment to make sure you fit in with culture
