Entretien
3 rounds of interviews consisting of both case & behaviour interviews. 2nd and 3rd round will be held back to back on the same day (total of 2 hours)
[1st round]
Manager level will be the interviewer. First part of the interview will be a case interview followed by a behaviour interview.
[2nd & 3rd round]
Partner or Senior Partner level will be the interview for the 2nd round. Interview was mainly focused on behaviour aspects (what you accomplished in the past, why you applied for Kearney, what do you value the most when you work, etc)
Manager of Senior Manager level will the interviewer for the 3rd round. the interview was mainly a case interview (probably 40-50 minutes).

What do you think differentiates a manager level consultant and a staff level consultant?

Entretien
1 round - very poorly managed and communicated. Due to this I missed other interview. Asked me case study, the partner dint make the interview process smooth, runs late for about 2 hours

Question 1
Some highly difficult case study on Insurance diverging to Healthcare industry. The partner already had in mind some other candidate. Utter waste of time
I had Multiple interviews from Personal Fit and several Case interviews (final interview with partner). Interviews were remote and time was flexible. Had to the chance to get to know company “coffee call” before initiating interview process
There were 2 rounds of case interviews, after which I got the offer. First one was with partner, second with manager. Was quite straightforward and short (10-15 minutes each). Overall a good experience
