Total three interviews with two case Interviews and one fit interview.
Each interview was about 30~40 minutes and mostly I had interviews with managers and partners. After three interviews, there was extra English interview that tested English proficiency.

Your client is a semiconductor company. The company is significantly impacted by the outflow of top talent to competitors, and the market is becoming more challenging with the entry of various competitors, including those from China. How do you plan to address this issue?

Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
