Process took 3 weeks. I applied via LinkedIn. Pleasant people but very poor HR management process, with no feedback provided about interview despite my explicit asking. Also, very little/poor guidance about the interview process provided. Given the calibre of the firm I think engagement with candidates could be better. Again, not giving feedback on interviews is certainly something not reflecting the firm's reputation.
