Entretien
Structure: Submitted resume in Sept -> Watson Glaser test in mid Oct -> 2x 1st round interviews held in late Oct-1st wk of Nov with Manager level -> about a week later, 1 x 2nd round interview in mid Nov with Principal/Partner -> waited two weeks to get results. Your final interviewer will call you personally to make the verbal offer!
Experience: Interviewers were very nice and down to earth, I enjoyed speaking with them. Cases were easy to mid difficulty range. It was great to have an attached buddy (typically a current BA working in Kearney) after you pass the 1st round, whom you can chat with and ask for advice from.

O processo recrutamento foram até à fase em que cheguei foram duas entrevistas, cada uma com parte comportamental e caso, cada uma com duração de 1 hora. Os entrevistadores foram muito simpáticos e foi uma boa experiência.
Two first round interviews with associates or managers, two second round interviews with a principal and partner. All interviews include a behavioral aspect, a case, and a Q&A at the end.
2 rounds of 3 interviews, 1.5-2 hours each heavy technicals some behaviorals. I received a call a few days later after each round if I was passed on/received an offer.
