Having worked at another consulting company before, I cannot imagine which "experience" they are looking for. The call was supposed to be one way: you talking to the interviewer and I was not supposed to ask questions related to the job or the team itself because, as I have been told, "this is only 15 min talk and if you want more information you need to wait until the next steps in the recruitment process".
