The interview process consists of several stages including an initial screening call with the hiring manager, a portfolio/case study review and several culture fit interviews with different stakeholders. Overall thorough process.
They make you complete a very personal application (completed twice for 2 different roles). You spend time doing this. You then chase for feedback as personal application and they GHOST you. Rubbish! I didn't feel welcomed (LOL)

Entretien
I went through three rounds of interviews for an Events Coordinator role. The team seemed friendly, the tasks were engaging, and I was genuinely excited about the opportunity. After making it through the situational, technical, and final culture-fit interviews, I was told to expect an update within a few days.
That never came. It's now been several weeks, and despite sending a polite follow-up, I haven't received any kind of response.
I understand that not every candidate will get the job. But if someone has put in time, energy, and effort across multiple stages, it's only fair to give them a clear outcome. Silence after that much involvement just feels careless and disappointing. Huge red flag.
