After a phone screening, I was brought it for a 3 hour face-to-face interview. I interviewed with various individuals from various disciplines (e.g. UX, PM, BA, etc). I heard back from the recruiter a week or so later with an offer.

They outsource much of the HR process specific to interviewing and salary negotiation, which made for a less than seamless process. Also, the background check process was cumbersome, and almost failed me for an outstanding parking ticket (or so they thought) from a local community college 20 years prior.
