Nach einer kurzen Begrüssung wurden zunächst Fragen zum CV gestellt. Danach wurden einige fachliche Fragen gestellt. Dieser Teil war am längsten und beinhaltete nicht nur Fragen, die das theoretische Wissen abfragten, sondern auch eine kurze Case Study.

Entretien
Interview process included multiple interviews with different analysts about the current market environment and technical knowledge about stocks and bonds. Questions surrounding the current economic environment was also asked. There were 2 interviews conducted by 4 different analysts. It was manageable, need to be well-prepared.

Entretien
Hatte mehrere Gespräche mit der Abteilungsleiterin, den Team-Mitgliedern und Department Heads. Abschliessend mit einem HR Verantwortlichen. Als ich nach 3 Wochen kein Feedback erhalten habe, rief ich bei der HR Person an, welche sagte, man habe sich für einen anderen Kandidaten entschieden und wollte mir das eigentlich noch mitteilen. Solche Informationen sind definitiv eine Bring- und keine Hol-Schuld.
