Contacted by HR the next day after application to know more about me and expected salary and was told will notify me once shortlisted. 5 days later HR called and said would like to arrange an interview with the Director and Hiring Manager of the the department. Interview was friendly and open and enjoyed the entire interview process as was shared more about the insights and the responsibility of the role. After the interview a few days later HR called and said as of now its positive but will need to wait others to be interviewed as well. Suddenly on that day itself called me and told me Hiring Manager wants a second interview with me to understand me better and tell me more about the job and arranged the interview next day. The second interview was of me talking about my resume more in-depth and mainly was about what is expected of me in the role and how will i contribute etc. After interview 1hr later was offered the position.

recruiter screening then recorded interview, followed by interview with an adjacent team member, then interview with the hiring manager. Questions were fairly based, based on experience and what the role was asking for, out of the box thinking was appreciated.

Interview process is straightforward, via online portal, followed by recruiter outreach. Then two to three internal interviews, based on scope of the role. In some cases, they will have you record answers to prompts in advance of the recruiter interview.
