It was a 45 minute interview based on my resume. I had a lot of work on Computer Vision, so a majority of my interview was focussed on Transformers, Vision Transformers, and state of the art. then there were basic ML questions (like exploring Random Forests to a 5 year old) followed by statistics questions, and 2-3 behavioral questions like conflict resolution, leadership etc.

Question 1
They asked me to explain a real ML/LLM project, focusing on model choice, data challenges, evaluation metrics, and what I’d improve next time.
First round was a phone call. Next round was to create a PowerPoint Presentation on a project I have done related to role. That was the last round and then decision was made.
All i got to was the personality quiz. There were two— the first essentially asked how you would handle situations and understanding your morals. The second was more scientifically based. I have not heard back since.
