Terrible interview process. Takes forever for them to get back to you, and the first stage of interview is fully remote. Not to mention, the first interview even takes forever to get back to you/or just completely ghost you.

It was a long process and very disapointing. The steps of the process were three interviews: a phone call, a personal interview with a HR agent and a last step: a bussines case and an interview with the director of the franchise and sales director. The profesional profile, references or bussines case were not important, they made the desition only about the last interview. The information that they gave to the candidates during the process was incorrect, e.g. tipe of profile they were looking for, number of vacancies etc.
