I was contacted about 2 weeks after submitting my application online. Spoke with the recruiter and she gave some good information and guidance on the process. The same day I received an email from the hiring manager to discuss the role but via phone instead of their standard Teams meeting. The phone call was about 45 minutes long, however, I was not asked much which leads me to believe this was a filler interview and they already had a candidate in mind. I followed up a week later and never heard anything. It’s was disappointing to be ghosted by a company like this.

It's alright, High metrics, it really depends on your manager and team. Everything is silo'd. Hard to progress. Constantly focused on building new platforms instead of fixing those they already have.

You are given 5 question to be answered on a fix time they decide and need to record your self answering. Questions to be answered recording video is very un personal and may trigger disqualification by how the person looks.
