Entretien
Three 30-45 minute interviews with managers/directors in the company. As well as a roughly 2 hour accounting and skills test. If you know accounting 101 and know how to read a chart you will be okay.
Multiple round process - at least 4 rounds of interviews. The questions range from behavior to finance to the general why JNJ. Overall pretty much what you would expect from a company like JNJ
3 interviews - mix of technical and behavioral questions and time for me to ask questions at the end. Not too hard. Interview was in 2014 so things may have changed

very intense two days of back to back interviews and cases for the second round. we were flown to new jersey with all the other candidates and taught more about the company, the position, etc. the first round was just a typical behavioral interview on campus that was pretty easy.
