Strange dance maneuver was performed by the hiring manager during the conversation. He kept getting up and performing the maneuver at sporadic times. Overall it became rather distracting and it was unclear if the maneuver was symbolic in some way.
Too many stages , too many talent coordinator interviews instead of actual teams that the role is for. Found the attitudes snoody and pretentious not a good work culture for 1st observation
