J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Johnson & Johnson (Dundee, Écosse) en juin 2015
Entretien
Applied for a 'trainee medical sales representative' position for medical devices within J&J which was advertised on Uni careers post. Emailed CV and cover letter, invited for interview within 3 days and attended interview within a week of applying. Met in the bar area of a local hotel, interview questions were tough, some challenging questions and lasted just over an hour. I was told at the end of the interview that I would hear within 2 days if they wanted to take my application any further, which I did. In the end I wasn't selected due to lack of experience (which is annoying given that it was listed as a trainee jobs with no experience required).

I was ghosted by the recruiters for multiple positions. I got through to the interview round for some but not all positions applied for, so I am not sure what is going on.

The interview process was a bit lengthy, but very organized and professional. The hiring manager was great about keeping in contact and letting me know what to expect throughout the process. The group interview consisted of two people and was the most difficult part of the process.

Standard behavioral questions. Lots of attention placed on drive, internal motivation, and interest in the industry. Two rounds of interviews held over a 3 week period. Found interviewers to be very friendly and outgoing. Also conducted a field ride with a rep during the process.
