      Entretien

      Group of 16 were selected after resume shortlisting. We were broken into 2 groups and had group activity sessions requiring solving a problem case. Post this 6 people were shortlisted for personal interviews with a panel of senior management.

      I really regret to say that my experience was really bad, I would never imagine that a company like JnJ would manage so poorly the interviewing process of their candidates. I was contacted in early Feb and after a couple of phone calls with a recruiter asking questions on my experiences I moved to the on-site interview. I received this news just one week before and for me leaving outside Italy, it was really challenging to organise and reach Pomezia (the headquarter, in the outskirts of Rome), also, because they arranged the interview on the Friday before Easter (you could imagine how hard it was to arrange the flights and staying to Italy). Anyways, during the interview appeared very clear that they already had placed someone in this role - I felt the interviewer wanted almost apologise they make me coming to Pomezia from abroad. The interview itself was simple and relaxed, in particular, they gave me a scenario in which they want to see how would handle a specific business case involving different stakeholders. After several emails sent to the recruiter chasing for interview feedback and more than a month later, I received an automatically generated email saying that I was not selected. As said, I wouldn't have expected such type of experience from a large which in my opinion, in Italy has accustomed to the "peculiar habits" of this country. In Italy JnJ seems a large company with a narrow-minded mind set.

      Entretien

      This was a very simple process. I was interviewed by two people at the same time at my university, and was asked only common behavioral questions. They were very nice, easy-going, non-intimidating people. Towards the end of the interview we discussed completely unrelated topics, showing their relaxed manner. They seemed to be looking for very conversational, socially adept people due to their focus on behavioral and conversational questions.
