I received an interview invitation at a NSBE conference in California year 2015. And the interview process was about 30-45 minutes long. They were mostly behaviourial questions that had to be answered using the star technique. It was one of the best interview's i have had so far, my interviewers were very jovial and nice. After the interview i received a verbal offer within 3-5 days which was really fast and i was given a brief decsription of what to expect of the internship

Tell me about a time when you failed your customers and how you found a way to appease them.
It was a very average interview, not too dificult. One round with hiring manager, She was polite, asked fairly simple questions. Did a second round interview but no offer after that.
Did a HireVue screening the questions focused mainly on motivation, background, and what drew you to the position. It was to confirm basic fit rather than test technical skills and was a way to better filter candidates.
On-demand interview in March: I need to record my responses to 3 questions, and for each question, I have 2 attempts. There is no time limit between attempts, so it is possible to take as much time as needed to prepare.
