Process took 1 month from initial contact on site. Phone screen with the usual questions. Flown in for 1 day with interviews set up with 7-8 managers and directors.

got a call from recruiter, that I was the only one selected for interview process.
The first dat it was 2 interviews, both with the mangers of the team I will be working in
1. SAS interview - indepth testing of base SAS, macro SAS skills
questions like, infile statements, proc means, proc freq, data steps.
delved deep into macros as symput....
2. Asked questions about my previous experience and how I canvinced my previous employers of the points I came up with
third interview was with the group manager
3. Asked few basic SQL stuff and some questions related to my previous experience
Interview process is very well structured. The interviewers pose challenging, yet fair questions, and thorough response. Multiple rounds of interviews including a panel to fully eliminate any bias. Well done all around. This has been one of the best interview experiences at a top company
