The process consisted of two rounds of interviews conducted via computer. The interviewers were pleasant and asked questions based on hypothetical scenarios. I was able to interview via webcam as I was not able to travel to the company's location at the time I interviewed.

Standard behavioural interview with question about experience, ability to lead and work within teams, and interest in the company and ethos. Finished with a case question including some numbers looking at ability to pull out strategic insights from a simple data set and form business recommendations and insights.
