1 HR Phone Screen (30 mins) 1 In-Office Interview (2 separate interviews, 60 mins each) HR Phone Screen: Had a very aggressive woman almost literally scream at me and fine pick at every detail on my resume (which is fine, but she didnt have to scream) Her tone was of pure skepticism to everything I had on my resume which was off-putting, but maybe just a tactic they use. Certainly did not think I got past that round 4 weeks later I got a email inviting me to a Final Round in the Office. In-Office Interview: 1st Interview was with a Group Brand Director and a Brand Manager - Standard walk me through your resume - Tell me about a time when.... - Why J&J etc.. - Case questions (very simple math and marketing) 2nd Interview: same as the above with a different Senior Brand Manager and Group Brand Director Didnt think it went spectacularly and really did not expect to get the offer but 2 weeks later I got the job.

It was very impersonal. First screening was a three part recording of why you want the job, why you think it’s a good fit and what strengths I have to offer. I was thrilled to find that I had moved on to the business interviews with the actual team and hiring manager but again, everything was communicated via an automated email. 4 weeks go by without any indication of scheduling an interview - even went out of my way to contact them on through their porta but never received a response. I was given the name of the HR rep but no email address was provided and I did not feel it was professional to seek them out on LinkedIn. The following week, I received an email notification saying the job was either not a good fit for me or that the job was cancelled from their end. That’s all the explanation I was given and during the whole process, I never spoke to a single person whether that be on the phone or email.
