Pursued application through internal job posting. First interview primarily focused on ability to perform job. Second interview drilled down into personality fit with organization. Throughout both interviews, expectations well-communicated. Followed up in timely manner, possibly due to need to fill new position ASAP. Salary and benefits met my expectations for position posted.

Nothing unexpected if properly prepared. Didn't get any of those nebulous questions like, "If you were a car/color, what type would you be?". Standard, straight-forward questions that were specific to position to be filled.
